ENG 566 Special Studies in Writing: Basic Writing. A master’s level grad course in BW being taught for the first time Spring 2004: offered as a rotating “praxis” course, so Costino is trying to balance theory and practice in the syllabus. “Here at Cal State San Bernardino, we have an MA program in composition. A few of our students TA in our BW and comp classes and many of them adjunct at our campus or at local community colleges; two praxis courses are required for degree completion.”
